  • Discover the iconic Colosseum, a timeless symbol of Rome's enduring legacy
  • See the ground and first floors of the Colosseum, Rome's foremost ancient wonder
  • Step into the Roman Forum and explore Palatine Hill, all at your own pace

Uncover the grandeur of the Colosseum, a timeless emblem of Rome, with admission to Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. Saunter in like a high-ranking Roman of yore and enjoy over an hour of exploration in the Colosseum, followed by a journey through the neighboring Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

The Colosseum, an architectural marvel, was constructed between 72-80 C.E by Emperors Vespasian and Titus. Serving as a vibrant amphitheater, it hosted bloody spectacles that enthralled Romans from all walks of life. In its prime, the Colosseum accommodated 80,000 spectators – today, it's a magnet for 3,000 snap-happy tourists.

Once you've had your fill of gladiators and glory, strap on your sandals and step into history. Foray to the Forum – the hub of the ancient city's trade network – then prepare for Palatine Hill, where Romulus founded Rome close to 3,000 years ago. They don't call it 'The Eternal City' for nothing.

The ticket itself is great and the audio is very informative. We visited the Colosseum with no difficulties. However, soon after we entered the Forum we went into the Basilica di Santa Francesca Romana which adjoins the Forum. From there, even though there is an open gate into the basilica, we found out too late that it is not possible to return through the gate into the Forum - the return gate is closed and visitors have to return to the main Forum entrance. At the Forum, the lady on the gate would not let us back in because she insisted that the ticket was only valid once. Despite my protests, we were not permitted to re enter the Forum or Palatine Hill much to my great displeasure. As a result we have been unable to use the ticket to visit the Forum or Palatine Hill. This is a warning to other ticket purchasers that they should NOT visit the Basilica di Santa Francesca Romana even though there is an entrance from the Forum. A partial refund or future ticket credit to me would therefore be appreciated.

Excellent
Obiekty, które trzeba koniecznie zobaczyć w Rzymie. Polecam zakupić bilety wcześniej, żeby nie stać w kolejkach. Było super.
